think my 95 can take a G35?

Friend of mine's friend and her boyfirned thinks her g35 (350z infiniti) that is stock can take out my car. Here is my mod list and let me know what you think will be the outcome:

95 z28 droptop
M6 with Hurst Short Shifter
~10k On Motor
LT4HC Kit
MSD 6AL
MSD Blaster Coil
8mm Wires
New Opti
!EGR
!AIR
CSS Computer Tune
K&N CAI
160 deg Thermostat
Hooker Catback with Cutout

realistically am I wrong for thinking I can beat her ride? Ive seen them going all out and wasn't impressed. I have also been in a 350z at WOT and the butt dyno says "Ugh No"

If you were bone stock, you still wouldn't have a problem.

The last girl I dated had one, and that thing just wasn't impressive at all. The first time I really got on the car, I remember telling her "you f'ing kidding me, all that money and that's all its got"

Yea, their quick, but inless you remove a spark plug wire, or unplug an injector or two ... Should be no biggie. Definatly go from a dig, or slow roll. V8 TQ > V6 TQ and the weight difference isnt enough to make up for it. THeir hard to launch without bogging.

This is the wrong forum for this type of question. It has nothing to do with LT1 engine tech.

Tell your friend and her boyfriend that the exhaust note sounds like nothing more than a flatulant, ear splitting, nails-on-chalkboard continuous colon constipated fart.

You must have chained him to it!

Those cars are slow and heavy.

A g35 will run a low 14 if that gives you an idea on how slow they are. Sure they have a little bit of power. But they also have a lot of weight.

I hung with one of those in my 2000 Chevy/Geo Metro 4 dr 4 cylinder sfi motor and a 75 shot up to 80 with my son in the back in his car seat. The dude had a 30 day tag on his new G35 and his buddy was in the passenger seat. I pulled up beside him at the next light and acted like nothing happened. My son was laughing and pointing at them. I guarantee they weren't laughing back.

same here, ran one on my way back from school when I had just CAI and a catback. had about 2-3 cars by 90MPH. I think some are manual and that might contribute to the cars being slow(needs driver mod), but I have seen a few knock down some low 14's at the track. you should dust him with no problem!
