These good flow #s?

Has anyone here worked with Lloyd Elliot? He emailed me about porting and polishing my heads for $400 and he said I will flow around 250-255cfm at the intake. Good/Not good?

How much (roughly) would it cost to mail heads from MA to TX? Or, how much do heads weigh?

I've heard good things about him. However, I dont know how to get ahold of him, and I think I want him to port my heads. Anyone have a email, or phone #. Thanks.

Lloyd does great work. He can get alot better numbers if you go with bigger valves. It depends on your budget. with bigger valves I've seen some flow charts of his work with 2.02 and 1.6 valves in the mid 280s.
Definately worth the money
His number is.

Hope this helps.

I've heard of guys gaining 40-50whp going from stock to a set of Lloyds heads.

That cost of shipping seems really low....you sure?

My heads only flow 258cfm on the intake side and I'm pretty happy with the power its putting down.

Alot has to do with velocity...not just cfm.

You know how many horses you gained or can you estimate what I'll gain?

Grip has a 383, so its not going to be easy to compare. Ask around for LT4 folks, since those head numbers are around that neighborhood, be optimistic and hope for more if you like, but what cam you run is going to make a difference as well.
