thermo leaking

Red face thermo leaking

My thermostat is leaking out of a tube on the left hand side of the thermo housing. I've included a pic.

Is it screwed or is it possible to put some liquid aluminum or something like that around the pipe to seal it?

Are you talking about the smaller hose fitting? If so that is your water pump.

Sorry, yes I meant to say water pump, just below where the thermostat is mounted.
