Ummmm....have you looked under the car? Where in the world where you "theoretically going 150" Maybe you meant in KPH

 

Theoretically you may have bottomed out or hit something in the road.

 

my car is lowered 2 inchs, and i was going 150 mph. i didnt know if it is possible to shoot sparks from the tailpipes. or if teh downforce from my spoiler pushes my pipes on the ground. once i got out of the car, i felt them they were hot. but i dont know if they scraped.

 

You'd be able to tell if they were scraped. You probably just bottomed out

 

how does it bottom out on a regular flat road? sorry i'm confused.

 

LOL@downforce scrapping your tailpipes...dude they would have to be hanging down like 10" or so and there is not much downforce from your spoiler unless your running some kind of ricer spoiler....hope not . Get under do an inspection on everything look for scrapes etc, etc, etc.

Is it one of those Boeing 747 adjustable aluminum aviation style racing wings? If so then it very well could provide enough downforce to bottom the rear of the car out. You really have to be carefull with those things, the downforce they add at high speed is just amazing, not to mention the added 25rwhp.

i have borla pipes that are kinda, low and i have the stock spoiler, not a supra wing. i'l crawl under there and see what i destroyed. thanks for the sarcasm everyone!

like orange, there wasn't a whole lot, and it kinda resembled when you trhow out a digarette butt an d the sparks fly everywhere.. and i was looking out the rear view mirror, cause.... i dunno. just glanced up and i was like.

I don't think the rear wing is actually angled to give downforce is it? Although the front may have pushed down, but you'd need to be really, really low for that.
