theft deterant relay

Does anyone know where this is located?

The relay is located to the right of the glovebox, tucked up in the dash. This is the relay, not the theft deterrent module (which is a different part).

still having problems with mine, cant figure it out why it acts up, in the cold cant arm the car or start it up, when its warm like it is now dont have a problem, cant put my finger on it
