Well, after much searching, I came upon a post about installing the Digtal 6, and got it installed with minimal fuss today.

That cured the no tach problem on my PP 93 T/A. I just don't get why the car would lose the tach signal when the seller pulled his Digital 6. Makes no sense to me, but she's working now, with the added benefit of a Dig 6.
