which pulley is the tensioner on the lt-1

 

The one on the bottom next to the balancer? I don't quite get what you mean. The tensioner bolts on at the bottom, and is held by 3 screws, I believe. If you're trying to remove your belt, stick a socket over the screw that holds the pulley to the rest of the assembly and turn clockwise.
