tb bypass without a kit
I didn't need any parts for my car....... I took the hose that goes from the top of the radiator to the throttle body and jumped that hose to the metal pipe coming from the back of the motor to the throttle body.
On my '94 I simply cut the hose off the TB tube since it was stuck on, then I used about a 3in. section of copper tubing...I think 3/8in..... A little clamp from a hardware store on each end and all done. There is no need to plug the holes on the TB. Should be able to do it yourself for a couple $$ at most.

i got a 3/8" barb from a hardware store for like $2.50, and then i reused the clamps that were already used for the hoses... if you didnt want to reuse those you coud have gotten new ones for a couple cents prolly.... it was cheap... but it was still a pain in the ***...

When you do it, be sure to put towels under the tb so you don't pour coolant on the opti. Bleed the cooling system when you're done.
