Hardest part of the install for me was cutting the wires to the right length at the opti and getting contacts crimped on and boots installed. Not alot of room once you get the wires routed in there.
Suggestion to Taylor... factory install the opti end and leave the plug end to be cut to length.

Use plenty of lube on the opti boots, that helps to slide them on.

I also used some protective sleeves where the wires go down past the front of the headers. Belt and suspenders I guess, but I don't want to do this again anytime soon due to burned wires. Mike

Its pretty straightforward. No need for an install page. What I did was plug the boots into the sparkplugs, route the wires to the opti or kind of guess a little and cut to length. I left a little more slack just in case and had plenty or wire left. I used silicone spray on the boots to get them on. Put the boots on FIRST. Whatever you do, DO NOT crimp the wire first. Spray the wire and inside of the boot, pull the boot on or pull the wire through with pliers or something. You can always cut off whatever part of the wire is messed up. No big deal there. Then crimp, pull the boot up and plug into the opti. Very easy to do.

1. Strip off part of the coating, just enough to bend the wire down and cover it with the opti end.

2. Bend the wire down and cover it firmly with the backside of the opti end (not open side) as the wire fits inside the opti end. Use pliers or crimping tool (makes it a lot easier) and tighten the opti end around the plug until its tight.
NOTE: If the opti end is not tight on the wire, it will slip off the wire and stick in the opti so make sure its on there good!

3. Use silicone spray pr equivalent on the wire and slide the boot up and over the opti end making sure the end (fat part) of the boot is level with the end of the opti end. You can have the opti end extend a hair past the boot as well to make sure the boot doesnt make contact with the opti therefore not letting the end snap into the opti. Remember, moving the boot too far up will not let the end snap into the opti. If thats the case, good luck getting the boot and end off. Chances are, you'll need to hack off the opti end and replace with a new one.

4. Snap wire into opti. That wire is done and repeat for the rest.

Using an over-the-valve-cover setup with stock manifolds is a bad idea. You will most certainly burn them on the heat shield(s).
