My tach is frozen at about 1k rpms. I trouble shot wire and it's good all the way to PCM. I even clipped the Tach wire near the PCM and hooked it up to an old tach that was in working condition. It lit up but was dead as far as RPMs. Is my PCM responsible/repairable? Anyone have this problem?
