You might see what they've got. I have dealt with them several times and have always had a positive experience. Also, check ebay, you'd be surprised what you can pickup on there.

I am away from my manual right now, but I believe you can flip the reverse gear over and use the other side.

You shouldnt need a new reverse GEAR, I think you mean you need a new reverse synchro, and yes you can just flip it over and it will be good as new, you can do it on reverse and nothing else because it is the synchro for only one gear, unlike the others which work two different gears.

syncro

Yes I can and will flip the syncro over, But you can't flip the gear over. The gear is munched and the syncro is also. So..... im going to flip the syncro and replace the gear.

I ended up ordering a reverse gear, bearing kit, steel 3/4 shift fork and both seals from FLP (headers). It ended up the cheapest place i could find. The gear is 130$, the fork is 55$ the bearings are 155$, and the seals are ~ 20$.

No problem...
What kid of special tools are you using to pull your mainshaft apart?

I never had to get that far with mine. All I had to do is replace my input shaft.

same here the tranny worked mint besides the fact it had bad imput shaft bearings, and it poped out of reverse. I checked all blockers and they are within tolerence so im leaving the shaft together. if i change my mind my friend works at gm and he says he will lend me a box of dealer t56 tools

Wow. those tools would be awful handy.

I replaced my input shaft because of a roller pilot bearing that went bad. I will stick with the solid type from now on.

Good luck! You can email me if you get stuck and I will lend you what I know.
