I've been looking at this a little too. Viper spec steel shift forks and I think the ZO6s use carbon fiber synchros.

What are you doubting? Vipers use t56 transmissions just like an f-body, but have beened up internals, different bellhousing, etc. If you can find a place to order it, I'd like you to share the info with me also. Short of paying out the *** for it from a dealer, I can't find any. Then again, i haven't been doing a really hard search because i already had my tranny rebuilt to stock for lack of money. Get ready to be raped on labor. My tranny rebuild cost me like 1600 dollars parts and labor, but that's one of the more expensive shops in the area. Here's a thread that I wish I would have seen LONG ago!

So I guess now I've found a place that can order this stuff for you. Hope everything works out. I know how much is sucks to have the tranny go bad on you, and right now I'm fighting a broken clutch disc.
