What do you guys think this could be. My transmiision is hard to put in gears and sometimes it will grind going in to 3rd. It also will grind if you are sitting still and just go to put the shifter in 4th. It will grind going into reverse also. I had the transmission rebuilt one time and the guy never lube the inside of it. You couldnt even move the shifter at all. The transmission was perfect before this. DO you think I need all new syncro's. I need help this is very frustrating.

Sounds to me loke a clutch problem, Not disengaging

 

I have a brand new flywheel and clutch. Also a new master/salve cylinder.

So thats not the problem.
