t-56 not wanting to go into gear

i have a t-56 and sometimes it does not go into gear. usually it won't go into first but sometimes it won't go into any gear. it seems to do this worst when the car is warm and been drove a while. i did change the tranny fluid after i had a few problems. it was fairly dirty. this did not seem to do much. could this be a sign of the clutch going? or tranny parts needing replaced? thanks

Sounds like syncros. B & W trannies are known to be a little tough to get into gear from time to time, but if your having an issue in all gears it could be a problem. The syncros arent exactly the highest quality on these transmissions.

the clutch and tranny will be coming out. any suggestions on items i might as well replace? rear main is leaking so clutch disk may need resurfaces. the tranny does have 109K miles on it so i might as well replace the items that tend to go. thanks
