i recently took my throttle body apart and cleaned it and im thinking the very top gasket is bad. it seemed very stretched out and didnt fit quite right. my question is what would be the symptoms of this gasket being bad? im trying to track down my no start condition after an intake manifold gasket swap.

 

High idle as it would be a vacum leak and nothing more.
