sway at speed

when i am driving really fast my car sways back and forth down the road. the faster i go the worse it gets. how can i stop this? what causes it?
to be more specific it is just the rear end that sways and it only starts when i am doing 130+ i know i shouldnt be going this fast but i have a few friends with 3000gt vr-4, lancer evo, and wrx sti.
i need to keep up with them, if not out run them. but i will not drive my car past the point of control. o ya one more thing i have 130k miles

Check your bushings for your suspension, and make sure that your shocks arent shot. My old jeep used to sway at 55 mph, and when i looked at the bushings i knew why

jack the car up and push the wheels inwards forwards the car, first the top, then push the bottom.

if there is any play, your wheel bearings are bad... that'll cause sway, my car did it after i slammed sideways into a curb

Also one of the most impactful things you can do for handling is subframe connectors.

first thing that needs to go is them 16 inch wheels. had the same feeling went to 17 inch zr1s got rid of the cadillac like ride at high speeds. 16 inch wheels n tires were not made for high speed driving.
