Swap LT1 rear to LS1 style Q's

I am needing a rear rebuild and thought i could save alittle $$ my just swaping to an LS1 style rear. I have seen them LS1.com for around 200-300 bucks. What all is needed to swap them? I know the brakes are different and i think there is something to do with the ABS. I also have ASR on my car too. If anyone has any info or a site the talks about it. Please let me know.
Thanks Brad

I have a 2000 in my car. Just get a complete rear with brakes. Should go right in you just need to make sure you get an ASR rearend. My 2000 rear was exactly like mine except for the brakes but they hooked right up to the brake lines NP

Mine hooked right up. There are two brake lines coming off the rear and they both hooked up to my stock location
