SVO 30's enough injector for an LE2 w/ a little spray?

Car will be all motor at first, sprayed a little later on... 150 shot or so at most.

Looking at 30lb SVO's should those be enough for now? I'd get 36's but I think the 30's will suffice... that and I don't see 36lb svo's which are in the price range i'd like to stick with.

If you're going with a wet shot the injectors are going to be a non-issue. However, I like to leave a little more "wiggle-room" if you will, so I'd go 36 lb/hr injectors. Have you checked www.racetronix.com?? That's where I got my 38 lb/hr injectors from, and the price seemed reasonable.

You will be fine if you stick with the stockers. My car ran 11.20@120mph N/A and 10.17@134mph NX200 shot with the stock injectors on the car. I also ran quicker this year 11.15@121mph N/A with the stockers. Later Clint

your injector duty cycle must be way over 100%

im running 30# and i had to crank my fuel pressure up to 50 to get my duty cylce out of the mid 90s

i tuned my buddys car that had stock injectors and he was only pushing 340 hp, and his duty cylce was like 109 lol

anyway if your going with bigger injectors i would get the 36#, unless the 30s are a really good deal

I think Devon is running 30lbers.....you'll be spraying a wet shot, so the N2O thing won't be a factor.

Yes, my duty cycle was up there so I just upped the fuel pressure.

yeah I was at 104% dc on my stockers with stock fuel pressure with a CC306, stock heads. Only was running those for a few days until my 36# arrived. I went with the 36# because my heads will be ported this spring and I plan on running a dry shot also. I think they're a good all-around injector. Work fine for moderate cam only guys like myself, but you have the growing room for full heads/cam nitrous later on.

I have a question about duty cycle. How is it possible to have a duty cycle in excess of 100% since that says the injectors would be on more than 100% of the time?

The exceded flow is for moments , the duty cycle is measured over a longer period of time.
