i have a set of stock springs with 1 coil cut off them does anyone know how much that would drop the car???i was going to put them in to c how it looks b4 i spend the money on a set of springs.im looking for about 1.25"

Couldn't you just measure the gap between coil wraps??? I've never cut springs before, but you need to do it with a hacksaw or cut off wheel because a torch will ruin the heat treating of the spring steel.
