suspension and computer tuning

I have a 94 z with the bolt ons in my sig and am wondering if anyone out there thinks i would pick up any time with suspension and computer tuning. I have done searches with mixed reviews. Anyone have dyno proof (preferably a before and after from a dyno tune) or track times i would appreciate any and all suggestions. Thanks Prorac1

Do your wheels plant to the ground? Do you have wheel hop? Suspension will help out with launching a lot if you have problems hooking now. I have boxed Edelbrock LCA's and Pan hard Rod, and before I had terrible wheel hop with 315 drag radials, but now I have none. Much better. Not for sure if tuning will help ya out any or not.

Well, it depends...dyno tune or mail order tune???

And whats your current 60ft? Suspension might help, it might not. People have lost time with more suspension. Not usually the norm, but it does add weight.

Thanks for the suggestions guys. I would like to dyno tune it but there are not any places around here that can do it, and is it worth the money over a mail order tune. I run 13.70 @ 102 with a 1.98 60 ft. I spin for about 3-5 ft at the track on goodyear radials, and i have no wheel hop, but on the street with my converter its hopeless tire spin. I dont know if my spinning that small amount at the track is helping or hurting me. with a 2800 stall i should be ok dead hookin, but it seems to like a little spin to get it up there out of the hole. Thanks again, Prorac1
