Stumble off idle

I've got a 383 LT1 with Accel Gen 6 DFI. I picked it up last year toward the end of the racing season. Had it tuned by John Sealock at Woodbridge Dynotech. It ran pretty well at first. The first seven passes were all mid to low elevens @ 117-118 MPH. With a best of 11.344@118.43 with a 1.591 60' Not bad considering I didn't do much of anyting in the way of experimenting with launch RPM, shift points, ect.

Sometime after this it developed an annoying stumble when going from idle or close to idle to WOT. This happened right around the end of the season so I put the car away for the winter. The last pass I made before this was a very dissapointing 12.207@112.17! Over the winter I purchased and installed an LTCC kit from Bob Bailey. While doing this we found what we thought was the problem. The Optispark. When we took it apart to remove the rotor we discovered that one of the screws that hold the rotor in place had fallen out and the little tangs that hold the optical sensor disk in place were bent allowing the disk to move. We replaced the disk with a good one from another Optispark.

I just got back from Cecil County where I made one pass. As soon as I pulled into the burnout box and did my burnout I knew that my problem had not been solved. When I tried to go from idle to WOT to start my burnout the car stumbled just like before. I pulled up and made a pass. 12.333@109.77! That number should maybe be a little higher as I'm pretty sure I short shifted it, but the performance is definitely down. This is a race only car. It sees no street time. Any ideas? I've tried playing with the TPS enrichment but that seems to do no good.
