If I got an LT1 Fbody would I be able to buy a world castings "Motown block" 427 or 454 small block and be able to bolt the LT1's intake or both the LT1's Intake and heads to the Motown block? do the water/oil jackets line up? How about distributer and everything else?

If no, would some other after-market mini ram or whatever bolt up to the Motown block?

nope, the heads and intake are onr in there own the internals of the lt1 and the traditional smallblock are similar but not the upper end

 

the oil / water passages wouldn't line up with the LT-X componets. you would have to get heads / intake made for a regular small block, like the mini-ram.
