i was thinken of buying a 383 stroker kit for my Lt1 camaro M6 and i was wondering, how excalty does this kit work..do i just replace them with the stock ones, and for the pistons fit it does anything have to be machined or bored out..after the install is done so i have to balance and tune it too ?

and advice is mostly appreticiated..

 

Your best bet is to do a few searches in LT1 Tech and read read read.

best bet is to save up money and have a good machine shop build it from start to finish. not to offend but you dont sound like you know what your doing
