Stripped Thread

HELP! I was taking an O2 sensor out of my 2000 maxima and it was rusted in there, while taking it out i held the wrench at an angle and stripped the last 2 of the 4 threads in the pipe going to the catalytic converter.

Now I cannot get my new O2 sensor in and can't drive the car!

If anyone can suggest how to fix this please help ASAP.

PS-sorry that I put this in the LT1 section but I need help really bad here.

Thanks!

Try the help section in the parts store maybe?? they have all kindsa weird stuff for crap like this there. Or get a tread tapper and fix the thread. Good parts store or a big hardware store shouyld have the tapper you need. Who knows though it is a *** car

The O2 thread is 18mm which is the same as a large spark plug. Getting a tap is about the only way I know of that will work unless you cut it off and replace it.
