I changed my oil & filter today & drove to the store for some food. No problem until I get back to my car & try to start. First I hear a crackle sound as I turn the key as if the battery was dead or the terminals were loose. I try it again and the same thing, it won't turn. On the 3rd try it starts after about 4 cranks. It usaually starts up right away. I get home and check the terminals. I tightened them down a little but it still takes about 4 -5 cranks to start. Than I just turn on the key before starting again & I hear this sound like a electrical connection (crackling) is shorting out. Its coming from somewhere under the hood towards the bottom of the car. I can't pinpoint it so I 'm not sure. I'm thinking weak battery, fuel pump, or starter? Any ideas? No codes were thrown yet.
