Strange noise

Ok so my car car is missing really bad. It will barely idle. It WONT idle with the AC on. It makes a really weird noise. It almost sounds like blowby or some kinda hissing sound. The power is gone, and i mean GONE. I need to change the plugs im sure, but other than that, what could it be?

The car doesnt have an opti. Its running on a delteq system.

Sounds like you have a pretty big vacuum leak somewhere. Get under the hood and see if you can find out exactly where it's coming from. My guess is probably somewhere on the intake elbow.

No intake elbow. It does have some holes, but they are sealed up pretty good. Maybe time for duct tape.

Ahhh, didn't see you had one of those weirdo Firehawks.

Definatley sounds like a vacuum leak to me though, since that's about all a "hissing" noise could be. I remember when I took my throttle body off to clean it, I hooked everything back up but forgot that one vacuum line on the left side of it. I took off down the road, and the car had no power whatsoever. Exhaust was popping/cracking too. Pulled over and saw the vacuum line flopping around, so I connected it and it started idling perfectly and ran 100x better.
