The pro 5.0 is good from what I hear, but have never used it. I like the B&M ripper. It has the stoppers that prevent you from busting 3rd gear. It also have a tight feel and very short throw. You'll be happy with either one.

Mine is very smooth still. The difference in the throws is amazing, I only wish I would have put a short throw in sooner. From what I've heard, all shifters are very good so I don't think you can go wrong with any of them.

The best shifter out there is hands down the Pro 5.0. The thing about any aftermarket shifter is it all alot tighter and oppose to being sloppy like the stock shifter.

Leave it to the Ford guys to do it right, Pro 5.0 So far as I know the T56 has internal stops, but I've never torn mine down.

Hurst billet plus! i have driven both and like mine more. My buddy with the pro 5.0 likes my hurst billet plus better than his too. Its not just me thinking my stuff is better.

Ripper baby!
the ripper has a shorter stick than the pro 5.0. Other than that, they are very similar.
