Stock valvespring seat thickness?

Question Stock valvespring seat thickness?

My local dealer didn't have any idea - imagine that .

Stock thickness is like .040-.045 I think.

I have the LT4 spring seats [which many claim are the same as stock?]in the plastic bag here, and using a vernier caliper[not a micrometer] thru the plastic [ a few mils thick?it is very close to .030.. so I'd say about .025[minus .005 for the 'plastic'?]

LT1 is .051"......LT4 is .035" I don't find it unusual. Most gm mechanics don't do head work. It is sent out.
