Stock Spring Replacement?

I am sure there are threads already on this, but since the search appears to be broken, I'll ask.

I race in the Camaro-Mustang Challenge series and have to run stock valve springs or stock replacements.

Where would you buy them... Autozone, GM dealer....etc. ?

Is their a site that has instructions for changing them on the car?

Thanks,

James

Shoebox has a tutorial on his site that goes over a valve spring swap: http://shbox.com/ci/valve_spring_swap.html He also has the contact info for Jason or Dal who can get you GM parts at wholesale. Also, GMPartsdirect should have stock replacements.

http://www.shbox.com for instructions

gm dealer for parts, or try gmpartsdirect.com or gmperformanceparts.com

Edit - Oops, I'm too slow

I think I may have some, if you can't locate some. I changed mine out shortly after I bought my 97.
