Thinking about buying stock 17" 5 spoke rims from a guy here on the board. Does anybody know if they come powder coated from the factory or painted. The link below will show them to you. I want to powdercoat them white to go with the anniversary scheme. If they are already powder I can just powder over them but if it's paint they will need to be sandblasted first. Any ideas??
