Stock manifold bolt keeps loosening.

The passenger side rear manifold bolt has loosened up twice in about 3 months on me. I thought I'd throw a thin coating of Ultra Copper gasket maker on the bolt in an attempt to hold it in this time around.

My thinking in choosing this over a locktite type of thread locker is that I fear using a true thread locker will increase the risk of breaking this bolt if I ever do need it back out, while the Ultra Copper should have little or no effect on being able to break the bolt loose if the need should ever arise, while still helping to keep the bolt from backing out again.

Anyone ever used this in this way, and get good results?
Any other suggestions? (Lock washer?)

If it loosens again, maybe I'll be smart enough to recall the simple fix to tightening it up -a 6" long box end 9/16 inch wrench. I must have tried every socket conbination from top and bottom to try and get at this bolt, but the heat shield is shaped wierdly enough to not allow a socket to get back there.

Sounds good to me. If you have to you can get some locking bolts that everyone uses on headders. I'm sure they'll work on manifolds. Is "they'll" a word?
