I can't launch either. Average times for my auto/3.23 Formula are 14.7@95 with ****ty 2.4-2.5 60fts. I hope to get better launches with some DRs. My car has 80k on it.

you need to get better at launching your car. When i was 17 and my first day at the track i ran a 13.9@100 with intake and exhaust with a **** poor 2.3,2.2 cant remember exactly. So you should trap 100, but you 60ft is going to determine your et. I'd say a 13.9-14.4, as for shifting 5700. good luck

Some go pretty fast stock, some have a harder time. You could go mid 13's or go mid 14's. Pay attention to the mph if you can't launch well. 101 mph would be pretty solid.
I shift at about 5800 of the factory tach.

I practiced power-shifting today going down the road. its the first time I've ever tried it. If I did it too soon it would feel like it was bogging a little but when I got it right, it felt like my car wast being slingshot towards the cars in front of me.

14.3@96 2.73 auto
13.9-14.0@96 3.23 auto
13.7@100 M6

Slower than this and you suck.

I ran stock with 97z28 m6 14.5 at 95mph,2.3 0-60,and one of my spark plug wires had a hole in it,my car backfired for the entire run.i went back with new wires and ran 14.1 at 100mph with a solid 2.1. my shift points 5900rpm on first gear and 5700rpm on the last 3 shifts.
