ive got one in my 355 which is internally balanced above 4000 rpms the motor vibrates a bit i think that is what it is

If your rotating assembly is internally balanced and you have a counter-weighted flexplate, it's not surprising that you have a vibration. At least, it's a relatively easy fix.

My personal preference would be to simply buy an unweighted flexplate. I've never removed a counterweight to see if the plate balances after surgery although it might. Don't forget that the one-piece rear main seal crankshaft bolt pattern is not the same as a early small block.

ill check with my clutch shop and see of they can de-weight it and make it neutrally balanced
