With your mods you should be running 12.5s not 13.5s. (unless you're way above sea level)

You should take it somewhere and get it dyno tuned, and have them hook up Autotap and a wideband A/F meter too, and find the lost horsepower in your combo.

If you have the stock valve springs in the car how many miles are on them?
I was thinking you could be getting some valve float.I had that problem when my car was bolton.The best I could get was 13.6@98 then I changed the springs and put in 1.6 rr`s and boom 12.65@106 mind you the D/A on my 12.65 bolton run was -1500 ft :P
