Ive got my 93 Z28, all stock heads and cam on her. im shifting at 5500 rpm right now manually and its an A4. I know the stock hp peaks at 5 grand, i was wondering if taking it to 6 grand would be benificial for the quarter mile with stock heads and cam. I have full boltons. I believe it will because when it goes into the next gear it will be at 4 grand from a 5500 shift. And the stock 5000 shift it goes to 3500. What do you guys think?
