stock cat or high flow... NEED OPINIONS

Im getting MAC headers, should I

A. Stock cat with a cutout BEFORE the cat?
B. Stock cat with a cutout AFTER the cat?
C. MAC high flow cat (but wait cause im strapped on cash)

I really dont want it to be REALLY loud cause my parents would go nuts when i pull the car in the drive way (their room is directly above the garage)

I need some opinions, I want to go for the cheapest/best setup

just remove it and put in an o-pipe(cost me $60 all together). Its cheaper and better. IMO its not insanly loud. Mine sounds real good.

i think an off road pipe would be way to loud, plus I'll need to pass emissions, so it will cost me more money down the road to buy a cat plus what i paid for the off road pipe

an ORP is the best thing IMO. The cat is so restrictive. But yea, it was be considerably louder altho i love the sound and would never think about going back to the stock cat. Only when i take my emmisions do i put it back on.

I can hardly afford to buy a highflow cat, neitherless a highflow cat AND an ORP

I would just stick with the stock cat and put the cutout after the cat. For one thing MAC does not make very good cats, they barely flow better than stock. Plus a high flow cat won't really give you much of a gain over the stock one unless it's clogged.
