Got a new belt from autozone. Its 63.7" long. I cannot for the life of me get this damn thing to fit. The tensioner pulley is pulled as far as it can go, and I'm coming up a little short. What the hell? ACDelco.com says 63.7" also. I don't get it.

 

During the 1994 model year, they changed to a larger a/c pulley. You probably need the 64.2" (642) belt that was used from late 94-97.
