Still having issues

I'm getting a really bad miss whenever I put the engine under load. It does it in open loop but in closed loop it's much worse. It does it a lot worse in lower rpm but it's still does it in all rpm ranges. I've checked all my plus and wires about 10 times just to be absolutely sure. I can't figure this out for the life of me.

ICM, Opti, Coil......

I've heard of people having issues with MSD boxes as well eating up Opti's, but I don't know, just a rumor, maybe someone else has a better explanation or experience.

The opti is new, the icm isn't a year old, and I'll check the coil's resistance.

Have you isolated it to a particular cylinder by pulling injector clips and looking for the one(s) that produce no idle change when they are disconnected?

Have you looked at any plugs to see if they show signs of fouling?

It doesn't miss at idle and if it does it's soo minute that I can't notice it. I've pulled a few plugs and they all looked fine

It's a stretch, but have you checked fuel pressure? Possibly the pump is overheating due to going bad. Worth a shot at least...

yeah fuel pressure is great and I check it with the vacuum line off of the regulator as well. what about a bad o2 sensor? i've never had one go out on me before but i've heard that it'll make a car run like crap if one goes out.

quite possible. if you can, get the pcm scanned. that will tell your right away if it's an 02 sensor.
