Has anyone figured out WHY these things like to stick just above closed instead of closing all the way??? Mine is doing this, and it's obvious with the hood open.

Anyone care to explain how they fixed it?? I checked around the blades and wasn't seeing any signs of it sticking there, so I figure it's in the spring area. How can I disassemble this thing to check for issues?? Anyone have any ideas for a fix?
