When im driving my steeling wheel recently has been vibrating alot, like to where it makes my arm vibrate as well. What could be causing this, the problem just recently started happening. The car also pulls slightly to the right.

 

Have your tires checked/balanced.

Could also be worn joints in the steering system, mismatched tire pressure, worn wheel bearings, alignment, etc.
