my 117k mi formula has a slight movement in the steering shaft where it exits the column in the engine bay...it not only moves slightly up and down but i can rotate it from the u joint using just my hand...is that normal?...also the up and down movement which cant be normal...makes a slight noise...anyone know if this can be rebuilt or does it have to be replaced?
