what would u guys suggest? If you could. Making a List would be great.. but if u can.. Start from the order i should start? and if you guys Have a price list.. Link for CHEAP parts that would be helpful also.. So just start with the parts u think i should start off with.. I was thinking a Cold Air Intake system first, MYB NOT??

Re: Starting it off.....
First of all, I'd check all the things like hoses, belt, oil, plugs, leaks, etc. I.e., start off with a good running car.
Then I'd check the exhaust system and perhaps invest in a hi flow system (the exhaust side has more restriction than the intake so I'd do that before I worked on the intake with a CAI.
So once your car is running nicely and you have good intake and little restriction on the exhaust side, you can move on to 1.6RRs and springs strong enough to support the type of cam you might put on in the future.
Then you get into the Cam, headers, and heads etc. Just starting with good running, non leaking engine and beefing up the exhaust followed by a CAI, you should see significant performance inprovement.JMHO

i would start off with exhaust and intake. if you are wanting cheap then i would go to ebay to find an intake and then exhaust i would go with flowmaster. they are cheap but dont flow as well as some of the other cat backs out there.
