Take the intake off and prime the pump until you actually get oil pressure or you have oil to all the rockers. Actually getting and maintaining oil pressure can be better to possibly find a leak. Fog all the cylinders and rotate it over by hand. Use a zinc additive in the oil even though you have a roller cam. Just to be sure.

I have some fresh tomatos that have been sitting a few years.... Seriously though I would put fresh oil in it, prime it, fire it up. After it warms up I would drain that oil and change the filter with new oil again. After that hope for the best.

Prime it and fire it. Then do as any normal engine install, with regards to the oil change schedule. As long a there is no rust on the rotating assembly and is has been built with care and attention you won't have any issues. I know guys that built motors and had them sitting for almost ten years and the fire, idle, and last just as long as a motor that was finished yesterday and installed.
