There's a great feature that this site has, and it's called the search function. You should give it a try.

I know I use it all the time... but with this new format it pulled up allot of random subjects and I spent a good 20 minutes with no luck.

I've had the same problem lately. You have to go to advanced search. If you just type a word in to the search box it will search every forum. I'll see if I can get that changed.

As for starters I like the LT4 one pretty well, but currently I have one of the ones they sell at Summit or Jegs. It's a CVR, and is adjustable to clear your exhaust too.

...

It would be nice if it just searched the forum you were currently in. That would be much handier. Not much point in having a quick search box if it is going to search all creation. Seems like it would save some compute cycles on the server as well.

Re: Starter Motor help needed!?!

I wasn't sure if anyone has ever bought the Summit Protorque starter #820323...well the oil pan clearance is a lil off so you have to Dremel the corner a lil bit more than whats already on there.....just thought I'd throw the info out there because it doesnt fit well...other than that it works fine with no shims

You have to dremel off the corner on the CVR too, I had to when we put mine in.

If you look to the far right of the page when viewing a forum there is a link that you can click which says "search this forum". That's the one to use. There's also one now inside each thread that says "search this thread" too.

Edit: Whoops, right not left.

I must be going blind in my old age, because I see nothing but the drop down search at the top of the page (whether on the forum or in a thread).

LOL, I do see it on the right of the screen, but it does confirm I am going blind!
