Which stall to get?

yah i know most people get the vigilante but that is too pricey. is the slp one for 400$ ok? What are some other decent ones? Also, is installating tricky for the stall?

I have a TCI converter, I like it, no problems and it cost me about 400.
Install is a pain cause you basically have to pull the tranny but the only thing I think you need make sure of is that the converter is all the way in. Three clicks and make sure you get it on there right, if you have to draw the bellhousing in with the bolts you don,t have the TC in right.
Make sure you put at least a quart of tranny fluid in the TC before you install it or you will burn it up. I put 2 quarts in mine and then put it on.

im sure slp makes quality...

hughes is good and a good bit cheaper than vigi.

i had b&m which was even cheaper...

never got the chance to try to break it but.. i would assume b&m makes quality...

tci as well

what stall speed you lookin for?

midwest......good stuff for only like $430 from summit.

go with a 2400-3000 stall if its a stock car
