Which stall to get?
Which stall to get?
yah i know most people get the vigilante but that is too pricey. is the slp one for 400$ ok? What are some other decent ones? Also, is installating tricky for the stall?
I have a TCI converter, I like it, no problems and it cost me about 400.
Install is a pain cause you basically have to pull the tranny but the only thing I think you need make sure of is that the converter is all the way in. Three clicks and make sure you get it on there right, if you have to draw the bellhousing in with the bolts you don,t have the TC in right.
Make sure you put at least a quart of tranny fluid in the TC before you install it or you will burn it up. I put 2 quarts in mine and then put it on.

Call their 800 number and ask for Dennis. He's the guy that builds them, so he can match one up for you. Yes, you get a custom converter for $455 shipped!!!
