I'm looking to do the LS1 brake swap in the very near future, and I want to convert to stainless brake lines at the same time. Do I want LS1 stainless lines, or will the LT1 ones work ok? I would really like to just get the LT1 stainless line kit to cut down on the cost. Also, does anyone know if the swap kit from Speed Automotive comes with pads?

I just used Russel LT1 braided stainless lines. No problems with the LS1 brakes. You do need to bend the bracket a little, but that will be obvious.
