Sqeaking under hood, have new belt, tensioner, alernator.
My 1995 Camaro Z28 M6 is squeaking under the hood. I have replaced the belt, tensioner, and alternator. If I spray the belt with belt dressing, the squeaking goes away for 20 mins or so. Then it comes back. The thing is, if I push in the clutch or hit the brake, the squeaking either goes completely away or is very light. Any ideas? My air conditioning is working fine, so I do not want to replace the condenser or pulley (don’t want to have to discharge the a/c. The power steering works fine, and the pulley rotates when I spin it with my hand (with the belt off), but it only moves a ¼ turn or so when I try to spin it. It will rotate completely if I keep turning it with my hand. Is this normal? The a/c pulley spins freely (rotates 2 to 4 complete turns when I spin it).
This squeaking noise is driving me crazy.
Thanks in advance for any help/comments.

Re: Sqeaking under hood, have new belt, tensioner, alernator.
Since the noise goes away temporarily when you spray the belt with belt dressing, it doesn't sound like it's the power steering. Could be dirt stuck in the pulley grooves. Pull the belt off, clean all the pulleys thoroughly and clean the belt.
