spun rod bearing..

Does a engine with a spun rod bearing have any effect on damaging the cylinder heads whatsoever.. someone is selling a pair of aluminum heads from his lt1 that spun a rod bearing.. not sure exactly what else can be harmed in that .. thanks for any info.

I doubt it, but the seller should be able to confirm that there are no contact marks on the combustion chambers or valve faces.
