For the powermaxx 2033/crane 227 cam and 1.7 rockers, what springs and retainers would you guys suggest? I haven't read anyone who has done that combo, maybe there's a reason for it but it should be worth another few hp over the 1.6s, plus they've been sitting in my garage for 3 years now.

 

never heard of 1.7 rockers for a Lt1.....I have for Ls1's.

 

Crane recommends the 10308-1 kit.
