I have the spohn adjustable tourque arm for long tubes and want to lower my car about an inch but want some stiff springs so that my torque arm doesn't scrape

I read some bit about the bmr springs but not enough info, I searched for hours, so please tell me how the spring rate on the bmr springs are, I heard the prokit was a little soft

also I know this thread belongs in the suspension forum but nobody replies there
